TruePosition
When the world's largest wireless-location company needed technical staff to
help meet aggressive deadlines in the national deployment of Enhanced 9-1-1
(E911) technology, it turned to Kineticom. We deployed a majority of the
temporary technical staff TruePosition uses nationwide to audit radio frequency
signal strength and to deploy their Wireless Location Systems. Kineticom
emerged as TruePosition's key partner in the completion of this massive
project, enabling on-time completion of the federally mandated safety
initiative.
Cingular Wireless
The world's largest wireless carrier has relied on Kineticom since 2003 for
support in network operations, maintenance, and engineering expertise for
project-based and permanent placement needs. Kineticom has supported several of
Cingular's key projects, including the EDGE Rollout, Operation Unwind (the
hand-off of Cingular's network in the West Region), Core Network design
(AT&T Wireless and Cingular integration project), RNOC Support, and Switch
Engineering Support in all regions.
T-Mobile USA
Over the past four years, Kineticom has developed a strong relationship with
T-Mobile by consistently proving our ability to deploy teams of contractors
quickly and effectively. The company relies on us to support its contract
staffing projects in RF engineering, transport and field operations. T-Mobile's
Field Service Center has recognized Kineticom as a reliable source of talent
for both market level and corporate needs.
Verimatrix
The growing developer of content protection and security solutions fully
outsourced its HR function to Kineticom, refocusing the company's scarce time
and energy on its core business. Kineticom worked directly with the company's
CFO and CEO to understand their business objectives, then identified and
addressed the company's business-process needs. We quickly established the
internal financial and accounting processes necessary for further growth in the
company's formative stages and now act as Verimatrix's Chief People Officer,
handling all recruiting and talent screening and HR processes such as benefit
selection. Kineticom's relationship with Verimatrix reflects the depth of
business value that comes from progressive partnership.
