Kineticom Appoints Tom Munro and Glen Estell to Board of Directors

SAN DIEGO - September 09, 2004 - Kineticom Inc., a leading supplier of human capital services for companies in the wireless, landline communications, manufacturing and information technology industries, today announced the appointments of Tom Munro and Glenn Estell to the company's Board of Directors. Both Munro and Estell previously served as Advisory Board members to Kineticom. With their appointments to the Board, Kineticom's Board of Directors will now consist of six members, including four independent directors. Munro and Estell will serve on Kineticom's Audit and Compensation Committees while continuing to assist the company on other sales and operational matters.

Tom Munro has over 22 years of financial and technology experience. In January of 2003, he retired from Wireless Facilities, Inc. (WFI), a global leader in the design, deployment, and management of wireless mobility and broadband wireless networks. Munro served as CFO of WFI from 1997 to 2000, and President from September of 2000 until his retirement. Prior to WFI, Munro was founder and CEO of @Market, a retail sporting goods website. He previously served as CFO for Precision Digital Images, Inc., and previously was employed with MetLife Capital Corporation, where he served as CFO and a director on the company`s Board.

Glen Estell brings more than 30 years of management experience to Kineticom, including 26 years in sales, marketing and general management with IBM, most recently as general manager of its San Diego, California operation. Mr. Estell has extensive experience in wireless and landline communications. Prior to joining IBM, Estell served as vice president of sales for Los Angeles Cellular Telephone Company. In addition, Estell previously served as general manager of BellSouth Mobility, Inc., as well as president of Interconnection Services, BellSouth`s $4 billion wholesale business.
