Kineticom, Inc. Named To Inc. Magazine's List of 500 Fastest-Growing Companies

Technical talent firm is 33rd on list and top company from Southern California

SAN DIEGO, Calif., October 25, 2005 - Kineticom, Inc., the global technical talent firm helping companies and professionals succeed in the era of flexible workforces, was ranked 33rd in Inc. Magazine's 24th annual list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in America. Kineticom earned this distinction with a three-year growth rate of 1,760 percent. Kineticom is the highest-ranked company in Southern California on this prestigious list of successful companies.

Kineticom entered the scene over five years ago as industry renegades whose revolutionary approach to talent and talent strategy in the information and communication technology sectors has resulted in significant growth and success.

"We've disrupted the industry by offering a new standard for the way talent is embraced in the project-based world," said Simon Billsberry, Kineticom chief executive officer. "Our company's passion for helping progressive companies and professionals win the war for talent in the new era of flexible workforces is the cornerstone of our success."

"Kineticom's Inc. 500 recognition is a bold testament to the hard work of our team and our innovative talent strategy," added Billsberry.

"Kineticom clearly found significant success doing things differently," said Jim Melloan, project manager for the 2005 Inc. 500. "Companies that innovate and restlessly seek to improve the state of their industries are the kind of companies that make the Inc. 500."

The Inc. 500 opens a window onto the companies and industries that are driving the economy forward. Over the years, the Inc. 500 has identified the next generation of world-class companies, with Microsoft, Stonyfield Farms, Timberland, Oracle, The Princeton Review, Morningstar, Jamba Juice, Gateway, E*Trade, Intuit, and Domino's Pizza all appearing on the list before they became industry powerhouses.

Kineticom's inclusion in the Inc. 500 is just another recent recognition of the validity and success of its business. In September, Kineticom was named "The Fastest-Growing Private Company" in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts. Also in September, the company was recognized as the second fastest-growing private company in San Diego County by The San Diego Business Journal. In June, Kineticom won an American Business "Stevie" Award for Best Agency, and was recognized for redefining the agency model in the era of flexible workforces.
