Advisory Board For Strategic Counsel Formed

Founding Members Bring Experience, Leadership to Business Development and Sales Efforts

SAN DIEGO, Calif., April 23, 2003 - Kineticom Inc., a leading supplier of technical staffing services for wireless communications, today announced the formation of an advisory board tasked to provide experienced counsel and help advance the company`s business development efforts in the wireless industry. The board`s founding members include Glen Estell and Robert Schellman, both trusted veterans with over thirty years of management experience in the technology industry.

The advisory board will offer its advice and vast background in the wireless industry to assist Kineticom executives with networking, business development, mentoring and strategic counsel, and sales channel development. Mr. Schellman and Mr. Estell have already spent more than one year in this capacity for Kineticom, opening doors with major industry heavyweights and helping construct a business model geared for success.

Glen Estell brings more than 30 years of management experience in a high-tech environment to Kineticom, including 26 years in sales, marketing and general management with IBM, most recently as general manager of its San Diego, California operation. Mr. Estell also has extensive experience in wireless and landline communications, including vice president of sales for Los Angeles Cellular Telephone Company as well as vice president and general manager for BellSouth Mobility, Inc.`s Louisiana and Georgia operations. Mr. Estell was also president of Interconnection Services, BellSouth`s $4 billion wholesale business. He is primarily responsible for driving Kineticom`s public relations and marketing activities, chairing internal committees, and nurturing business development efforts with wireless carriers.

Bob Schellman is an accomplished business leader with 30 years of leadership and management experience in the wireless data, global Internet protocol (IP) network and telecommunications industries. Most recently Mr. Schellman was the chief operating officer tasked with a turnaround effort at iNNERHOST, Inc., resulting in a profitable operation. While senior vice president of network operations and services at Metricom, Inc., Mr. Schellman was responsible for the planning, budgeting, and 46-city deployment of the $1 billion Ricochet wireless network. He also served as vice president of operations at Telocity, Inc., where he led the operational and corporate data centers expansion nationwide. As director of operations and implementation at UUNET Technologies, Inc., Mr. Schellman was ultimately responsible for the largest ISP expansion to date - a $500 million IP network expansion and quadrupling of the global IP network. Mr. Schellman established our east coast operations at Kineticom and oversees much of the company`s business development and sales efforts.

Kineticom will add new members to the advisory board as the company expands and seeks additional mentorship and guidance. The Kineticom advisory board meets formally once each quarter at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines Hotel in La Jolla, California.
