Our Advisory Board advises on strategic issues, providing guidance, objective
opinion and insight to our executive managers. By establishing an advisory
board from within our client base we get the inside track to what our clients
really need.
Bill Goodwin
Bill is the Principal and founder of Goodwin Consulting Services, a management
consulting practice providing consultative services in leadership, change
management and consultative services and training in sales and relationship
management to both domestic and international clients. He is the co-author of
Executive Relationship Building, and Sustaining the Executive Relationship
training programs which have been delivered to over 5,000 participants
worldwide. He is also a frequent public speaker with appearances at over
seventy-five Industry, Trade, and Economic Development events. During his
tenure in the telecommunications industry, Bill was the founding Chairman of
the National Telework and Telecommuting Association, a Washington D.C. based
Trade Association.
Prior to founding Goodwin Consulting Services, Bill spent twenty-seven years in
executive corporate management with Western Electric, Bell Laboratories,
AT&T, Ameritech, and Rockwell International in a variety of management
disciplines including sales, marketing, operations, and real estate. Among the
highlights of his management career was a significant development role in the
AT&T divestiture process leading to the creation of Ameritech and its'
subsidiaries. Bill was also responsible for the development of Ameritech's
headquarters campus in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. During his corporate career
he established a reputation as an outstanding general manager, communicator and
career mentor.
Bob Schellman
Bob is an accomplished business leader with 29 years of leadership and
management experience in the wireless data, global IP network and
telecommunications industries. He has served in key operational leadership
positions at Sprint, MCI UUNET / Technologies / WorldCom, Telocity, Metricom
and recently at iNNERHOST. At iNNERHOST Bob was the Chief Operating Officer
responsible for a "turn-around" effort resulting in a profitable operation.
While at Metricom, as the Sr. Vice President of Network Operations and
Services, Bob was responsible for the planning, budgeting, and 46 city
deployment of the entire Ricochet $1 billion wireless network. At Telocity, Bob
served as Vice President of Operations where he led the operational and
corporate data centers expansion nationwide. At UUNET Technologies, Bob served
as the Director of Operations & Implementation ultimately responsible for
the largest ISP expansion in the history of IT, specifically the $500 million
IP network expansion and the quadrupling of the global IP network.
Bob holds as B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel and did
graduate work in Telecommunication and Automation Systems Engineering and
Management at Southern Methodist University and the University of Southern
Mississippi.
Malcolm Wood
Malcolm is an experienced business developer and joins Kineticom's Advisory
board to help strengthen the global business development and sales functions.
During his twenty years in Telecommunications he has managed steady state
businesses, turnarounds and start-ups. From 1984 to 1989 he was divisional
manager at Marconi Radar Systems and helped revive an underperforming division
of a military contractor and turned it into a successful commercial venture
with over 1000 employees. Following this he was a member of a four man team who
acquired, via a Management Buy-in, Airtech Ltd in the UK. As Managing Director
he was part of the team who took the company to a public offering on the UK
stock market. In 1996 Malcolm relocated to the US to grow the Airtech
organization. The company successfully merged with Remec Inc in San Diego CA.
Malcolm was the founding CEO of Littlefeet Telecommunication, a provider of
Wireless Infrastructure. From 2001 to 2004 he was senior vice President of
global sales and marketing at WFI where he worked with Tom Munro, a Kineticom
Board member. WFI is one of the largest independent telecommunications
consultancies in the world with over 2000 employees. Malcolm completed MBA
modules in Marketing, People Management and Finance at the UK's Open University
and is based the UK.
Neal Bhamre
Neal has 15 years of staffing industry experience. His career has focused on increasing revenues and market share through staffing strategy and leveraging technology to achieve business objectives. Through his consulting company, Hire Wisdom Inc., he helps firms with their contingent labor programs through process, innovation and technology. In addition, he helps staffing firms develop their sales, marketing and technology strategies.
Neal works closely with clients to improve business performance, drive enterprise value and create competitive advantage through:

- Staffing Industry Technology Strategy including sales, front office and back office infrastructure, process development, change management and rollout
- MSP/VMS Strategy and Implementation
- Business Process Strategy and Development
Most recently Neal was Senior Vice President of Strategy, Marketing and Support Services at Kineticom, Inc., which was named the fastest growing U.S. staffing company in 2005 by Staffing Industry Analysts. Neal was charged with maintaining Kineticom's forward momentum and bringing the appropriate resources to bear against opportunities and threats. Neal's prior experience is rich and broad, encompassing most recently an almost decade long ride with Robert Half International (NYSE: RHI). There, his accomplishments included helping grow business divisions from the ground up; launching the company's internal and external web presence; and, prior to his departure, serving as the Director of Technology Innovation, supervising technology innovations and advancements to achieve efficiency and growth in both front and back office processes.
