When someone accepts a position with Kineticom they are immediately matched with Contractor Care Agent who is their main point of contact through out the duration of their project. Our Agents work closely with our recruitment, account management, HR, legal and finance teams to bring our contractors results quickly and proactively.
Based on the results of our 2009 Talent Satisfaction survey, we think we’re on the right track because 99% of our contractors that responded said that they would refer us to a friend or family member. For those of you wondering…we are fully committed to changing the opinion of that last 1%!
