Account Manager:
As a Kineticom Account Manager, proven sales experience and a track record of success is essential because a primary responsibility is to aggressively penetrate new accounts and build strong, successful, long-term partnerships as well as maintain relationships on existing accounts. Other responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain a solid networking pipeline in your territory
- Prepare quarterly forecasting and strategic account planning
- Maintain a healthy & diverse book of business
- Execute formal sales presentations
- Work collaboratively to submit RFPs and RFIs
- Manage time effectively and work with minimal management direction
- Document communications and interactions with clients and talent in Kineticom’s applicant tracking system
- Appropriately manage PO renewals, contract extensions and resolve any client issues
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
Recruiter:
As a Kineticom Recruiter, a history of powerful results and a track record of quality service is crucial because a primary responsibility is to build and maintain long-term and profitable relationships with the Wireless & Information Technology talent population. Other responsibilities include:
- Full life-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, negotiation of terms & closing)
- Preparation of all deal sheets, contracts and offer letters
- Ability to multitask and work on a high volume of open requirements
- Keen sense of urgency and ability to work within tight delivery deadlines
- High energy and fearless of the phone and connecting with highly desired candidates
- Establish and maintain a solid networking pipeline for various “Hot” skill sets
- Document communications and interactions with candidates & talent in Kineticom’s applicant tracking system
- Continually look for new ways to find scarce talent
Contractor Care Agent:
Kineticom invested from its earliest days in creating a specialized function that ensures that the people we place on projects and in permanent positions love their experience working with us. Therefore, when someone accepts a position with Kineticom they are immediately matched with Contractor Care Agent who is their main point of contact throughout the duration of their project. Our Agents work closely with our recruitment, account management, HR, legal and finance teams to bring our contractors results quickly and proactively.
As a Kineticom Contractor Care Agent, proven strong customer service skills are essential because a primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with new contractors throughout their career with Kineticom. Other responsibilities include:
- Management of all on-boarding paperwork – this includes creation of employee files, training on documents, and collection of all necessary forms
- Work closely with the Finance department to ensure accurate & on-time pay for each contractor
- Bi-weekly quality calls to each contractor
- Process background checks & drug screens
- Coordinate laptop & equipment shipments to new hires
- Prompt issue resolution, performance counseling and project end notification
- Exit Interviews and annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Act as liaison between the contractors and our Recruiters and Account Managers
- Document communications and interactions with clients and talent in Kineticom’s applicant tracking system
- Additional administrative tasks include – revising existing contracts, writing employment verification letters, conducting financial audits on timesheets & expenses, etc.
- Special projects as needed
