Paul Roebuck
Co-Founder & Managing Director, Identify Group

As a Kineticom co-founder and executive mentor, Paul served as the company's founding chairman between 2000 and 2004. A serial entrepreneur and active investor, Paul has over 30 years of experience in the technology and staffing industries. His love for trading began as a young teenager when he would buy, repair and sell bicycles sourced from police auctions. Naturally technically inclined, Paul completed a university degree in Computer Systems Engineering. He worked in the technical arena as both a permanent and contract employee and, over the years, had brief stints as both a London cab driver and as a mathematics teacher, before his true passion for entrepreneurism became his full-time work.

His investment ventures include projects in the wine and restaurant industries, as well as several businesses related to technology and talent. In 1979, he founded S-Com, where he served as managing director and grew the company to become a leading global telecom staffing company. In the same year, he co-founded Sypol, which became the largest European health and safety consultancy.

Since 2005, Paul has become hands on in the staffing industry once again as co-founder and Managing Director of Identify Group, which owns a set of synergistic niche talent agencies. Paul keeps fit with an active lifestyle. He has two children and is enjoying encouraging them to pursue their careers within professional golf and acting. An avid traveller, Paul splits his time between London, San Diego and Marbella.
